52 year old with lower lid bags. 52 year old, before and 6 months after lower eyelid blepharoplasty.

63 year old with droopy upper eyelids and bagginess of the lower eyelids. A lower blepharoplasty and repair of the droopy upper eye lid was performed. He is shown before and 6 months after the procedure.

57 year old with lower eyelid bags. Photos show dramatic correction of the lower eyelid bags. A transconjunctival (approach behind the lower lid) was used thereby avoiding any visible external scars. Also, the fat in the lower eyelid was repositioned without removing it as typically done with the traditional technique.

This 46-year-old patient came to Solomon Plastic Surgery with complaints of fullness of the lower eyelids, as well as excess skin of the upper eyelids.  Dr. Solomon was able to give her a natural result utilizing a transconjunctival, sub-septal approach (internal incision in the lower lid – no exterior scar). 

50 year old with heavy upper eyelids and fullness over the lower eyelids. Post procedure photos were taken at 4 months and show an attractive upper lid contour with visibility of eyeshadow space. Lower eyelids show complete correction of the fullness and resolution of lower eyelid bags.

66 year old male with lower eyelid bags and excessive skin. A transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty was done with fat transposition (moving the excess fat into the cheeks and re-draping it) as opposed to removing the fat as done with the traditional technique. This produces a better contour and smoother transition
