After photos were obtained 7 weeks after Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift with Lower Blepharoplasty.
This 61 year-old patient previously had laxity over the earlobes and jowls with platysmal banding and excess skin of the central neck. She also had fullness of the lower eyelids. A deep plane face & neck lift were performed to adequately tighten and reduce the aged, drooping skin of her face and neck. Her lower blepharoplasty was performed using a transconjunctival approach (no visible scarring) with excision and re-positioning of the interior fat pad.
