This 46-year-old patient came to Solomon Plastic Surgery with complaints of fullness of the lower eyelids, as well as excess skin of the upper eyelids. Dr. Solomon was able to give her a natural result utilizing a transconjunctival, sub-septal approach (internal incision in the lower lid – no exterior scar). After photos were obtained at the 3-month post-op mark.
