56 year old with aging face, jowls, excess fat over the submental area (upper central neck) and no neckline definition. Wished to correct these problems with a deep plane face and neck lift. Patient was unhappy with contours of the neck and face. She was particularly concerned with the excess adiposity and fullness over the neck and submental area. She is shown before and three months after a deep plane face and neck lift with removal of excess neck fat. Notice the jaw line definition, rejuvenation of the midface, lower face and neck along with restoration of a youthful appearance.
