35 year old woman who presented with deflated and drooping (ptotic) breasts. She wished to have breast augmentation with a lift. A vertical breast lift was performed repositioning the breast tissue and nipple areolar complex over the center of the breast mound. An augmentation was also done using Allergan Inspira 345 cc moderate profile gel implants on each side. The implants were placed under the muscle in a dual plane pocket. Note the pleasing and natural contour of the breasts. She was a full C cup size after surgery as she had desired. She is shown before and three months after the procedure.
