44 year old woman who was a small B cup size and wished to have very modest increase in breast size to a C cup. A dual plane subpectoral breast augmentation was performed and Mentor 300 cc moderate plus profile smooth round silicone gel implants were placed on both sides. She is shown before and one month after the procedure.
