This 75-year-old patient came to Solomon Plastic Surgery with complaints of an aging face, jowls and excess skin over the central neck.  She previously had a facelift elsewhere 20 years ago.  A Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift was performed.  Her after photos were obtained at the 3.5 months

46 year old with jowls, excess fat over the upper and lower neck, loss of jawline contour and drooping midface. Patient underwent a deep plane face and neck lift with removal of excess fat from the upper and lower neck along with platysmaplasty (tightening the platysma muscle in the neck).

63 year old with aging neck and excess skin. A deep plane face and neck lift was done to fully correct the jowls and excess skin over the neck. A platysmaplasty was also done in the midline of the neck to tighten the underlying structure of the neck.

After photos were obtained 7 weeks after Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift with Lower Blepharoplasty. This 61 year-old patient previously had laxity over the earlobes and jowls with platysmal banding and excess skin of the central neck.  She also had fullness of the lower eyelids.  A deep plane face &
