66 year old male with lower eyelid bags and excessive skin. A transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty was done with fat transposition (moving the excess fat into the cheeks and re-draping it) as opposed to removing the fat as done with the traditional technique. This produces a better contour and smoother transition from the lower lid into the upper cheeks.
