32 year old with small breasts. Wished to be a full C cup size with a very natural appearance. After results show a very pleasing breast contour with excellent shape and a natural upper pole contour. She was A cup size before and was a full C cup size after surgery. 300 cc Mentor moderate plus profile silicone gel implants were placed under the muscle using a dual plane technique.
